1. This Apartment will be rented to Foreigners only.
2. Photocopies of Passport should be submitted for security purposes.
3. The Apartment will not be given for less than 3 days
Basic Conditions:
The (Present) All Inclusive Normal Rates (Excluding Electricity):
US$ 50 per day (Minimum stay 3 days)
Full payment for the booked number of days to be paid in advance at the time of Checking-in.
Electricity Charges:
Electricity will be charged extra at the rate of Sri Lankan Rs. 120/- per Unit.

Deposit:
A security Deposit of US$ 200 (or equivalent in Sri Lankan Rs. 60,000/-) to be paid at the time of booking, which will be returned on departure (after deducting for damages,if any). In case of cancellation, the Deposit will not be returned. In case the total amount due for the days booked is less than the deposit, the balance will be returned.
Extension:
Extension of stay could be made depending on the availability of Apartment on those days.
