Prem’s Apartments boasts of a modernized homely atmosphere, with free WiFi and Internet connection.
The floor area of the Apartment is about 1,800 sq.ft. or nearly 170 sq.m.
The Apartment could be approached in two ways either from Galle Road (200 meters) or from Hampden Lane (200 meters).
The building is provided with a Lift and an easy access Staircase. A Ramp is also provided for the handicapped to access the Lift.
Victoria Court is equipped with a Generator to service the Apartment in case of power failure, ensuring that you will not suffer due to power failures.
The elegantly decorated air-conditioned spacious sitting room along with fan is furnished with a comfortable Sofa set, Television with most International Channels, DVD player and DVDs, Telephone with free local calls and Intercom facility to contact Security Room.
It consists of comfortable four large air-conditioned bedrooms in addition to fans in all rooms. Bed Linen (Bed Sheets, Covering Sheets and Pillow Cases) and Towels will be provided.
The Master Bedroom with an attached bathroom, with hot water shower facility, is furnished with a King Size Double Bed, Bedside Tables, Clothes Cupboard, Dressing Table, Ironing Board and Steam Iron, Clothes Horse, Television with local and some international channels.
The other three rooms are furnished with Queen Size Double Beds, Bedside Cupboards, Clothes Cupboard, Clothes Horse and Mirrors. A common bathroom provided with hot water shower facility.
The air-conditioned Dining Area is supplied with a large carved round table with six chairs. Fans are also available in the Dining Area. A Double Door Refrigerator, Fully Automatic Washing Machine and Purified Bottle Water Dispenser including water bottles are also supplied for your convenience.
A well designed and planned Kitchen, with Pantry Cupboard, is provided with a Four Burner Auto Ignition Cooker Hob, Gas Cylinder, Microwave, Rice Cooker, Electric Kettle, Bread Toaster, Cooking Utensils, Cutlery, Cutting Knives, Plates, Cups and Saucers, Glasses, Curry Dishes, Table Mats, Thermos Flasks, Ice Cream Scoop, Tin Opener and many more. We provide purified bottle water for your consumption, free of charge. You could do your own healthy cooking and feel at home.
